At MP Collections, every outfit is 100% custom-made exclusively for you. We do not stock ready-made products or mass-produce. Each piece is carefully handcrafted using your personal measurements and authentic African craftsmanship.

Custom-Made Policy

Since all outfits are tailored from scratch to your exact measurements, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once stitching has started. Custom-made designs cannot be resold.

Delivery Timeline

Each order takes approximately 45 days for production and delivery, including:

• Fabric preparation
• Expert hand-stitching
• Quality checks
• International shipping

Measurement Responsibility

Your outfit is stitched strictly based on the measurements you provide. Please ensure all measurements are accurate and complete.

Any fit issues caused due to incorrect measurements will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions (Our Responsibility)

Returns or exchanges may be considered only if:

• You receive the wrong product, or
• There is a manufacturing defect from our side

All such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
