MP Collections is a premium African fashion brand specializing in 100% custom-made outfits. Every product is handcrafted based on the personal measurements and customization details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements
  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned or exchanged

Exceptions apply only if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.

3. Website Access & Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our website. However, temporary downtime may occur due to:
